If this email has been received, this means your pass has entered a 14-day blackout period. During this 14-day period, you will not be able to make any further bookings. Any bookings already made within this period prior to the blackout can still be attended, however you won’t be able to make any further bookings until this 14-day period is up.
Failing to attend bookings in this period will then result in a new 1st strike being applied to the pass.
