- If your payment is missed, your Pass will be deactivated until you make the payment
- You can do this on your Payment Portal here
- If you miss two payments, your Pass will be deactivated and our team will need to unlock the payment portal for you to make payment via our Payment Portal here
- After the three months if your membership is not paid for, unfortunately your account will be permanently deactivated and you can no longer use it. You will need to take out a new Pass in full if you wish to continue being a member
