I need to change the payment card for my Monthly Membership, what do I do?
- If there is any change to your payment method, you MUST let us know
- Your payments are not on a direct debit – it is a recurring card payment
- Therefore, any changes to your payment card may lead to your payment being declined and your Pass being deactivated
- You can do this here
- You will need your Order ID to log in – you can find this 9-digit number on your initial order confirmation email
- Select "My Account" from the bar at the top
- Where it says "Card on File" press the "Edit" button.
- Enter your new card details and press "Update"
- Click on "Payment Portal" to go back to the account home screen and make your outstanding payments.
- Please note, if you have missed payments for over 45 consecutive days, your memberships will have been deactivated and you will not be able to log in.
