Don’t worry if you haven’t received your confirmation email yet!
- Check your junk/spam inbox – they often get caught there. Make sure you’re the lead booker – the email will only be sent to the person who entered their details on the final ‘Billing Details’ page
- Check the email registered to your payment method; if you paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal, your email confirmation would be sent to the email address registered with that account
- If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, you can use our Order Lookup function to find your order and access your Digital Passes.
