What is a Carer’s Pass and how do I apply?

Merlin Annual Passholders who have additional needs can get a complimentary Carer's Pass by sending us relevant supporting documentation. 

• Allows a Merlin Annual Passholder with a disability to have their carer attend with them, free of charge
• Available with all Pass types
• Digital only: the Carer’s Pass will be sent to you via email, you won’t get one sent in the post
• The Carer’s Pass will also not receive a Privilege Pack
• The person who has a disability must have a Merlin Annual Pass to get a Carer’s Pass
  • The Carer’s Pass will also have this person’s name and photo on it
  • This allows the Pass to be used by different carers

• Please note, online application is for Discovery, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Passholders only
  • If you have a Legacy Standard or Premium Pass, you will need to apply in person at one of our Resort Theme Parks
