I can’t visit on the date I’ve booked, what should I do?
- Please let us know – if you can’t visit, we can free up these tickets for another Passholder to visit!
- You can either change the date of your tickets or cancel them
- If you booked through the Pre-Book Hub, you can do this through the Hub
- If this booking was made on your behalf by somebody else, please follow the instructions below.
- Change the date

- Just pop in your information and select the order you want to change
- You can only do this at least 24 hours in advance of your planned date
- If it’s less than 24 hours before, please get in touch with the Merlin Annual Pass Team or the attraction directly to change the date of your tickets
- Cancel tickets
- We need to do this for you

- Make sure you include your order number
- Please specify if you want to cancel all the tickets or only one/some of them
