Important information:
- In order to enter an attraction, please bring your annual pass as well as your hotel booking confirmation to present at the admissions turnstiles.
- This is only available for overnight stays booked through one of the Merlin attractions or Merlin Holiday Club.
If you booked your overnight stay at a different hotel, please pre-book your visit online before arriving at an attraction.
Merlin Annual Pass Restrictions:
- If you book a short break that falls on a restriction date for your Pass, no problem, we will issue you with complimentary day tickets to access the attraction on these dates as your Pass will not scan at the turnstiles. Please speak to the team when you check-in and we'll arrange these for you.
- If you have a Merlin Discovery or Essential Pass, unfortunately you are not eligible for Merlin Holiday Club.
- Merlin Annual Pass discount may not be included in particular offers or events, please see the offer or event page for terms and conditions. It may not include certain room types. Room discount is subject to change and availability.
