Please note: Due to GDPR we can only discuss the Membership Account with the Lead Booker.

You can find your Membership Number on any e-mail you have received from us regarding your Membership. This will be a 9 digit number beginning with 5.

Please select the reason why you wish to cancel your pass. Please note that to cancel you must be current on your payments and you must have satisfied the minimum term specified on your Membership Agreement. If you are not sure whether or not you meet the requirements to cancel your Membership you may continue; we will let you know the status of your account.

Please provide the first and last name of each Membership Passholder that you want to cancel.

Once a cancellation has been requested you will receive a ticket reference and follow up correspondence confirming the cancellation by a member of our Support Team. Please be advised, the cancellation of Membership/s is non-reversible once processed.
