Your Merlin Membership pass/es* will be with you 3-5 working days from the first working day after purchase.
If you wish to visit one of our attractions before you receive your pass/es, you can gain entry by presenting ALL of the below documentation:-
- Your order confirmation email
- Photo Identification (Drivers License or Passport)
- The Payment Card that is assigned to your Merlin Membership
Failure to present all 3 will result in refusal of admission to the chosen attraction**
The process outlined above is applicable only within the first 5 days of your Merlin Membership being activated, after this time you will be required to present your physical pass/es*
*What’s the difference between Merlin Membership and the Merlin Annual Pass?
We have two separate products; the Merlin Annual Pass and Merlin Membership. The Merlin Annual Pass is our upfront payment model (one-off payment when you purchase) and Merlin Membership is our monthly payment model (fixed fee per month plus an initial joining fee). You get the same great perks and benefits with both products, but there is one thing we need you to be aware of –
If you have bought a Merlin Membership, you may visit straight away – as your Pass is valid for 52 weeks from the moment you purchase it. Simply bring along your order confirmation email, photo identification (drivers license or passport) and the payment card that is assigned to our Merlin Membership.
If you have bought a Merlin Annual Pass, you will need to wait for your Pass cards to arrive before you can visit. Don’t worry, you’ll still get your full 12 months of fun! To account for the 3 – 5 working days delivery, we add on an additional 7 days to the validity so that your Passes are valid for 53 weeks. That means you can enjoy your full 12 months of fun once your Pass cards arrive.
If you have not yet purchased your Merlin Passes and would like to visit straight away, then we recommend that you opt for our Merlin Membership option.
