Please note: To ensure that all monthly payments for Merlin Monthly Membership are temporarily suspended, Members will not be able to access their payment portal during this time.
To change the payment card associated with your Merlin Membership, follow these steps:
- Log into the Monthly Membership Payment Portal.
- Select "My Account" from the bar at the top
- Where it says "Card on File" press the "Edit" button.
- Enter a new credit card and press "Update"
To ensure that any changes to your payment method are in effect for your next scheduled payment, we require all changes to be made a minimum of three days prior to the regular payment date.
