Cancellations for Merlin Monthly Memberships must be made in writing. To cancel your membership, please complete the form here.
Merlin Monthly Memberships require a minimum 12-month commitment. We recommend requesting your cancellation at least 5 days prior to the date of your next payment.
Please note: As of 24th September 2020, we have suspended the purchase of Merlin Memberships.
If you’re currently a Standard or Premium Merlin Membership holder, you’ll be able to continue rolling your monthly payments for the Standard or Premium Merlin Pass product you have already purchased and nothing will change for you.
We will be launching a pay monthly Merlin Membership option for Gold and Platinum Passes in 2021.
