Why are you not selling new Gold & Platinum Passes?
As we want to provide the very best experience for all of our Passholders, we are currently not selling new Gold & Platinum passes at this time whilst social distancing is expected to remain once our attractions reopen. This is to keep all of our guests and staff safe, in line with Government advice.
Those looking to renew into a Gold & Platinum pass can still do so, and Merlin Discovery Passes are still available as usual. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

When will new Gold & Platinum Passes be available again?
We are constantly reviewing the ongoing situation and will update this as soon as we have more information.
I have ordered a new Gold/Platinum pass but haven’t received my Privilege Pack yet – will this be cancelled?
No, all new Gold & Platinum passes that have already been purchased will remain valid for the period you purchased for and will not be affected by this pause in new sales. We’re working to get your Privilege Pack delivered to you as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
What does this mean if I am a Monthly Membership Passholder?
Your Monthly Membership is unaffected by this change.
