The only way to change the location of your collection point, is to re-order your Merlin Annual Passes on the attraction website that you would like to collect from.
Once you have re-purchased your Merlin Annual Passes, please fill out a "Contact Us" form with the below details and one of the team will process a refund for your original order.
- Original booking order number
- Amount of the original booking
- New booking order number
- Amount of the new booking
- Reason for the change
Please note; the Merlin Annual Pass quantity must be the same in your new order, as the original order, otherwise you will not be given a refund.
