Yes, you're able to change the location of your collection point. In order to change the location you will need to book in for the attraction you wish to collect from, then once the booking has been created and paid for, fill out a contact us form by clicking here and experienced wizard below to confirm the next steps.
Please ensure you provided the following information when filling out the contact us form;
- Original booking order number
- Amount of the original booking
- New booking order number
- Amount of the new booking
- Reason for the change
Please note; the Merlin Annual Pass quantity must be the same in your new order, as the original order.
