Merlin Annual Passholders have up to 8 weeks from the expiry date of their existing pass to take advantage of the renewal rate.
Failure to renew 8 weeks after your expiry will result in the Passholder having to purchase a Merlin Annual Pass at the ‘NEW’ pass price. Please note: New Merlin Annual Passes are currently unavailable.
Once a renewal has been purchased the Passholder will have 8 weeks from the date of purchase to collect any renewed Pass(es).
Renewals cannot be posted out and therefore must be collected from an attraction. You must bring your old Pass/es with you when collecting. Please be sure to check the opening times before visiting.
